Snappy Chef provides linen coverings and skirting for buffet tables and beverage stations.
Disposable plates, cups, flatware and paper napkins are provided at no charge.
You may provide your own guest table coverings or order them through Snappy Chef.
China, glassware, silverware, tables, chairs, linens and skirting, tents, fountains and other specialty items may be ordered at a charge.

For large events, Snappy Chef may set up one to two days prior to the event.
Snappy Chef provides uniformed servers for every event. Additional servers and bartenders may be hired at the rate of $66/server for a minimum three-hour service. Additional hours are billed at $22 per hour per server.
Travel charges will apply dependent upon the size of your event or the distance of your event. Please discuss travel charges with your event consultant.
Certain menu items may not be available in every setting and minimums may apply.
By law, Snappy Chef cannot provide alcoholic beverages for your event. However, we will assist you in determining the amounts you will need to order.
Please call with a guaranteed guest count at least 10 days prior to your event. Final counts are due at least 5 days prior to your event.
Full payment is required one day prior to your event.
All events are subject to an 20% service charge and 6% Pennsylvania sales tax.
Prices are subject to market availability and will not be secured until 90 days prior to your event.
A deposit is required to confirm your booking and will be credited towards payment of your final invoice. All deposits are due within 15 days of the confirmation date. Deposits for any Saturday affair are $500.00. Deposits for all other events are $250.00. All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are transferable when the cancellation occurs at least 90 days prior to the originally scheduled date.
A $30.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
MasterCard, Visa, Discover & Amex accepted up to $3,000.00 per event.
